I finished my Ph.D. in the Fall of 1996. I like getting mail so send some to Eric right now.
My primary work is with ion implantation of lithium niobate, an interesting electro-optical material. I've been working with David Poker at ORNL to implant Ti and O at 500 C to make nifty single mode waveguides.
I've managed to get some papers published. If you look carefully they should be listed somewhere in the CIM pages.
